...there is rice into the recipe(wild rice!!!),but this "sarmale" is a kind of mixed between Gyuza-chinese "sarmale" and the traditional romanian recipe !!! anyway,the result is excelent ! just try it !

i know that,i'm romanian too...anyway ,good work !...maybe you should try to cook "mamaliga","balmosh" and "mici",another famous romanian recipes...not any holiday without them...
