The gamma has been reduced quite a bit to bring out the color depth and saturation. The result is a somewhat dark, underexposed-appearing image, but it's so much nicer than the unprocessed frames. If I had more time, I'd post a comparison so you can see just how boring and monotone the original frames were. Hopefully you can still enjoy the motion and colors in spite of the darker image. :D
Yes - pretty much everything is shot in Santa Clarita, California, and shooting dates are available for all footage, although I have 3000+ clips so it's too much trouble to post that info for every one. Do feel free to ask about those you're interested in. :D
