Little one should be rear facing BEYOND 1 and 20lbs... the parents should be told this! You can rear face a baby up to the max. rear facing limits of a convertible carseat per the AAP, NHTSA and Safekids recommendations!
The britax seat was installed with the latch straps upside down...
The carrier handle does not actually need to be put down with all seats... read the manual to find out more info about handle positions.
