cool to see him playing on lenny, for that little while anyways! thanks for sharing

@BobbyShogun Mine too, but Stevie comes damn close for me too. But it's all subjective, and in the end, pointless opinions...
ALSO, IF YOU LIKE SRV, CHECK OUT THE NEW BAND ON MY CHANNEL! THIS WILL ABSOLUTELY BLOW YOUR MIND! THIS KID COULD BE THE NEXT SRV!!!

@Dudin4tor Whereas, the actual Lenny went out of tune around 1983. And in both cases the Lenny in question was replaced by "First Wife."

like a BOSS at 1:26!

@mysterybat35 - I agree.. !! i also feel that SRV killed it on little wing.. no lyrics but pure bad ass guitar playing.. I love little wing and so did my pops !! Thank god my pops got me into SRV as a kid and everytime I listen to Stevie it reminds me of my dad RIP

@skippy3840 - Dude I hate to admit but I agree on Hendrix covering SRV and sounding as clean.. I've never heard anyone sound soo clean and spot on live as SRV. I can only wonder where/what SRV would be putting out or doing if he were still alive today. No doubt it would be bad ass !!!

@mixwell1983 Dude, I agree 100%, Stevie is my favorite and always will be. I think that he was one of the best, if not THE best, guitar player of all time. Was just saying it is not really fair to compare the two, both had different styles. Stevie could cover Hendrix, but I don't think Hendrix could have covered Stevie :)

If SRV coulda dropped this back in WW2 on Japan the war would have ended instantly..
-
@skippy3840 - Sorry dude I know SRV loved and was inspired by Hendrix but SRV's playing was fucking boss !!! In (MY) personal opinion SRV will always be the best the best guitar player.. I know it's biased but that's my opinion..
Stevei and Jimi, both different players and both great in their own rights. Not fair to compare one against the other.
