A profession where destroying families and driving innocent children crazy is the way of making money, is the worst profession on earth. I witness this abuse where the lawyer assigned to my children that was supposed to defend them became their greatest enemy, driving them crazy. The world is too civilized for what is going on in family courts. These people supposed to maintain peace and justice but they use their license to abuse divorcing families, making sure they completely destroy them.

The California Office of the Courts, Jaffe & Austin, Johnston & Campbell, show over 78% of high conflict child custody cases are domestic violence. Father's Rights groups are more vocal, and more financially backed, but the fact remains that over 95% of DV is male on female (DOJ). See StopFamilyViolence. In INTACT families, fathers spend 1 HOUR a DAY on parenting, (TIME-The Psychology of Fatherhood). A Custodial Father of abandoned children is NOT the norm, it's the rare exception.

God made 2 parents for each child. The courts should reconize this, especially with young children. The sacred bond of Mother and child should not be torn even if their dad makes up some lame story. It's an unnatural, ungodly system which I have been up against for 34 months. I have faith knowing that eventually true justice will be served.

You are not alone. I was told I had Dependent Personality Disorder due to my ex-husband's disclosure of the violence (not allowed as per the DSM). Furthermore, this Psychiatrist said that the fact I blacked out after being hit in the head with a hammer and left with no recall of what happened during my unconscious phase was proof of MPD.

After his child support was reduced, my ex abandoned his child.

Well, I was deemed a witch- crazy.

My ex sat there playing the victim twiddling his thumbs and ALL PROFESSIONALS FELL FOR HIM.

They supported the abuser.

I could tell you how the psychologist abused the children mentally by telling them he would lock them up and give them electric shock therapy- unless they lied for him.

In truth the boy broke, came out screaming that these people called him liar over and over.

The girl was not allowed a drink until she said what they wanted- she admitted later, she did not understand the words they used.

It was legalised abuse of the children by the court system in Ireland.
