Lyttelton Harbour Festival of Lights - 2011

The 2011 Lyttelton Harbour Festival of Lights is a winter celebration of everything Lyttelton. Be entertained and enthralled by our masked parade, bands, musicians, dancers, street performers, stalls, LPC firework display, face-painters and much more.

Friday June 17th 2011 6pm to 10pm.

Our Street Party opens at 6pm with an amazing masked parade, followed by an exciting programme of local bands and musicians on the Main Stage, featuring
* The Harbour Union (feat the Eastern, Lindon Puffin, Tiny Lies and lots more) * Unfaithful Ways * Runaround Sue * Amiria Grenell and her Band * The Guest

Also watch out for fabulous performances from our belly dancers, hip hop dancers, experimental music from the Borderline Ballroom Collective, buskers and street entertainers, including performers from the Loons Entertainment Club. * Don't miss the fireworks extravaganza at 7:30 proudly supported by LPC. * After the street party ends check out the Wunderbar - headline acts from 10pm. www.wunderbar.co.nz for more details.
