@garyrreyes every other day is usually better, cuz it gives your muscles a chance to relax and grow, but i do stuff like calves every, cuz it doesn't matter if my legs don't grow i already look like a gazelle^^

do these side planks burn any fat? give a lean/thin look instead of overly ripped? do they help the obliques show or give you that muscular wall?

@ThatArabGuy It is true that having a 'six pack' is largely due to low bodyfat but you can still emphasise them by doing abdomen exercises.
