The reason he won is because the other contestants on the show were forced to retain and gain muscle via strength work.

Jerry didn't lift anywhere near the same weights, his body burned muscle and he had a big advantage which in reality is counter productive to health.

He looks great. As long as he FEELS great that is all that matters All of those diseases and problems he had - ALL GONE! So amazing, that is what matters most.. His wife looks amazing too! She's got some good curves too for a 63 year old woman! LOL!
