@BTsmoke Why? In tropical latitudes water vapor could rise higher before condensing back into water and raining. In latitudes closer to the poles this would be less likely.

6000 thermometers from cold places worldwide removed from the data in classic East Anglia style leaving 1500 from warm places only, its no surprise then that this data shows warming!
....its summer right now in Sydney Australia but its the coldest for 56 years. Quick, remove that thermometer from the data set !!!!

The major greenhouse gas is water vapor, methane is also a contributor but CO2 is such a small percentage at 350 ppm that it does not pose a risk of any kind.

@BTsmoke Dear BTsmoke - I think you do not know what remains in atmosphere if methane is degrading: CO2! And yes, there was polluted enough into the atmosphere to warm it.
