@etheangel2220 Oh, and don't misunderstand, I'm against video takedowns also, just wanted to point out that it's not youtube's fault. They have to follow the law if they want their site to survive.

@etheangel2220 If Youtube wouldn't take down copyrighted videos Youtube would risk getting taken down as a pirate site...You can blame Hollywood and the record labels for that. Oh, and do you have any idea of how much it costs to run a huge site like youtube, with 48 hours of video uploaded every minute? A LOT. So if they didn't have ads, where the hell would you expect them to get the money from then? Maybe you would like to PAY a monthly fee? Not me at least, I prefer ads.

sell out bastards...i have been here since the begining and remembered a time when this website actually belonged to the people. you could post WHATEVER you wanted to without the fear of having you account suspended, having your videos taken down, or the audio being silenced, and all that other stupid shit they do...especially those fucking ads...
