Talking isnt getting anything done. It's time to take more drastic measure's in my opion. My vote is for another civil war to settle this other issue's. Such as the rights they are stealing from us. Our government's are getting out of hand and need an over haul. With internet now so widely in use why cant the governing of our nation's be put in the hands of the people. We own this country and its time to reel these jerk politicians in. They are corrupt and need to be delt with.

The real problem with prohibition is everyone from Chinese Triads to somebodies grandma is involved in growing. The gangbangers don`t smoke they deal for money,steal power and sell coke. Then there is the good heads just growing a few plants for medical reasons but don`t have a license. The police and courts see no difference. The only way I can see it working is to legalize without regulation just like tomatoes. It is just a plant and should be treated as such. Hard drugs should be regulated.

Couldn't agree more. It's a blatant example of unlawful search and seizure. In the US, it violates the Fourth Amendment, but of course they do it all the time anyway - they use perfectly legal activity as probable cause. The drug war is destroying the Constitution.
