yeah i try olready, processing now, haha! but when its too long i hve cramp.. my left hand a bit ok lh, coz i often excersise everyday.. like rountine i think.. how many years you play da drums?

Thanks! I'd suggest to take whatever beats you know, switch your left/right hand and learn with the opposite sticking pattern so you build coordination and precision in your playing. Hope that helps!
