WRONG! IF THE DNA TESTING SHOWS THAT THE SAMPLE DOES NOT MATCH HIS DNA, IT STILL DOES NOT FOLLOW THAT HE DID NOT RAPE CARMELA. WHY? BECAUSE IT'S POSSIBLE HE ONLY HAD PENETRATION BUT DID NOT ACHIEVE EJACULATION WHEN HE RAPED CARMELA. MOREOVER, SINCE THERE WAS CONSPIRACY (ACT OF ONE, ACT OF ALL), EVEN IF HE WAS ONLY THE LOOKOUT HE CAN BE CONVICTED OF RAPE.
