Rejoin the Stranglers ? Are you Joking mate ? If The Stranglers were playing the same night and in the same town as Hugh Cornwell I'd be at The Stranglers gig. Aural sculpture ? Aural torture more like it. Seen Hugh playing with his new band twice now. Never again. Hey, and dont forget " fly straight with perfection ", unless you're a raven from the tower of London. They clip the wings of the poor bastards so they cant fly away !!!

i hope hugh decides to leave his differences of the past behind and join with his original bandmates again. i know he and jj didnt leave off at good terms but its been 30 years now. come on hugh. your fans will love if you got back.The stranglers need to take over the world. music is dying. I will make a petition and get as many stranglers fans to sign it then send it to hugh via his website, it needs to happen. let him know how many STRANGLERS fans there are worldwide

The chance of a return of the original four is unlikely........but it would be nice to see JJ & Hugh doing it for Jet before he gives up the sticks for good after all he was the man that gave them the chance to become a great band in the first place.

...when a see things like this a still wrack me brain tryin 2 understand why he actually left????,...stll think Shug is a unique artist, n' always try 2 go n' see him when a can, but he leaves the stranglers,..plays tons of old Stranglers songs, ..his last tour the ENTIRE set of Rattus???,...wot's it all about?????....answers oan a Postcard please!!:)

In Hugh`s defence, the gig WAS great! Southsea common- and if the camera panned to reveal the crowd? 1000`s-Packed- it was a free gig after all? Shame about the sound quality! ;(
