@zakamooza There are issues with some of the H60. You can contact Corsair to get a replacement in that case. There are some videos on youtube showing the "bad" noise and the "right" one.

Hi, do I need to install the fan with the Corsair logo facing out of the back of my case or facing towards the inside ?
-
@zakamooza Cheers mate. Ive already built my new PC now and i got a H80 instead.
-
@FMMProductions dont buy it, the h60 ones are badly made, buy the h70 h100 or what else you want expect the h60, i have this pump and it makes a terible noise

@registerme2 hello genius, that gray square is the thermal paste that corsair preapplies to all of their h series.

Before you blindly copy this tutorial. He missed an extremely important step.
APPLY THERMAL PASTE. It makes a huge difference.
Note: Too much is just as bad as too little / none. You want a small dab in the centre, the size of a small bean or a few grains of rice. Thermal paset is a better conductor than air but not as good as metal. So you as hoping to create an extremely thin layer that fills in any imperfections on what looks like a very smooth metallic surface.

@registerme2 BTW Corsair Hydro series do come with pre-applied thermal paste, I don't think somebody who's gonna pay to get a pre-built water cooler doesn't know that he/she needs to put thermal paste between the heatsink and the CPU.
Cheers :D
