This works for the most part to send email directly to trash, archive or delete:
1) Click create a "Filter" (over by search box)
2) If they send from the same email, use the "From" and enter their email. If not always the same email, try the just using their domain name.
3) Click "Test Search" (make sure one of their emails are in your inbox). If no results are found, try fine tuning with other field options. Then click "Next Step".
