The generator is louder than your voice and TV, I would stick with the honda at 54db

Great display video. I sell inverter generators and will say, the set-up used (in this video) s not an ideal condition. The gen set is placed in an area where the exhaust noice is refecting off both walls. These are quiet inverters, with the 1800i tested in an open area at 59db @ 21' at full power & 53 db at 1/4 power.

Did you ever take the choke out of the closed position? The engine sounded a little rough.
