Well considering that most people dont really know much about the medieval times, thats not surprising. and most people who know have only been taught about english and french history more than the other countries so maybe that has something to do with it. I think that knights in those two countries, especially france, are just the most popular and the image that comes up in most peoples heads i guess

I like the song, but I can never understand why everyone thinks knights only come from England and France! With the same celtic music (although very beautiful) over and over. There were Spanish Knights, Russian Knights, even some form of Knighthood in Arab lands. Medieval culture, does not belong only to Europe!! ( too much Lord of the Rings and Narniya for everyone... :-) )
