Yoohoo! She's fermenting nicely. That should taste awesome with all that dry malt. You can also try using 2 cans of malt extract and 2 cups of sugar. I tried that and it tasted much better than just using one can. It's similar to using the dry malt like you did.

Came out great. It really is best to let it sit for at least a month. I already had half of it gone by then, hehe.
