  • Looks like you did it right! You're going to love it! You need to get you a long mixing spoon. It will help, bigtime. GREAT JOB!!

  • Yoohoo! She's fermenting nicely. That should taste awesome with all that dry malt. You can also try using 2 cans of malt extract and 2 cups of sugar. I tried that and it tasted much better than just using one can. It's similar to using the dry malt like you did.
