Apart from the statistics at the end (which i would be interested to know how the studies were conducted), this man spoke total drive. No evidence for his assertions about soul, spirit and deeper knowledge and intellect. Not a logical and consistent theory to try and explain such assertions. However its likely that im being a bit harsh considering its just a 9 min interview where he doesn't really get the chance to do so. maybe someone who disagrees with me can tell me please?

@Spankki I don't follow Deepak so I didn't know about that. This is one of the few videos I've seen of him. But based on my own personal experience, I feel it's possible to physically feel younger, yet age regularly.

@jKRAMER001 Now you're just making it up as you go along. Deepak meant stopping and even reversing your aging as a physical phenomena, not just as a spiritual or metaphorical concept. That's why he's talked about Ageless Body AND Timeless Mind.

Wow! What an inspiration! I didn’t know too much about Deepak until I recently watched a documentary, Finding Joe, where Deepak talks about what is most important in life.
