Synthology Ivory is a *software* instrument. This particular one features samples of the Fazioli F-308, and is called "The Fazioli Concert Grand sample pack."
Hope that makes it clear. MIDI keyboard is simply used as a controller, it does not produce any sounds in this video.

Can you install the italian ivory grand on any piano?

@fingerblips Keyboard speaker sound bad with it, You need to buy a set of P.A Speakers such as QSC or Yamaha. Studio Monitors are also great to use if you are needing more space. Don't ever use a keyboard speaker because they are a piece of junk designed to make other piece of junk keyboards sound half decent.
