my ballet teacher would make us do these at the END of class! brutal.

I can hold the plank for over a min no problem, i can do 15 push ups no problem. Im working on pull ups and can do 20 on the machine, but this exercise i cant do no more than 3 consecutives ones. Any tips on achieving this exercise? I am trying to lose weight so the extra baggage might have something to do with it :(

omg i do this in wrestling but if you really wanna feel it you should warm up with a run so you feel more when your doing the exercise

@airforcelover2013 I do have a few videos on this trouble spot but most importantly, weight loss will target the inner thigh area!
