Excellent video. I'm a blue belt running an after school BJJ program here in rural Alaska, and this is a great way to introduce what we call "flowing" to my students. Thank you so much!!!
I first learned of this type of BJJ back in the mid 90's. Slow rolling is great because it allows both partners to execute many types of transitions, submissions and attempts, escapes, reversals, etc, etc. In comparison, fast rolliing limits all those of things because both players get tired very quickly and many times they get tangled up trying to contest a submission or escape attempt, brining in fatigue very quickly.
Excellent.

I like it! Great way to improve your game, work on trouble areas and perfect transitions............

Slow rolling has always been taught in Gracie Combatives...if you can't do it slow...you won't be about to control the moves fast.
