Mame32 is the best for arcade emulation. But they do have machine specific emulators too (Fusion will do Sega Gen Master System Sega CD and Sega 32X.). They are mostly free except for a few like magic engine. If you can find the right torrent download you might be able to get the latest Mame32 with the latest rom sets although they can be found seperatley as well.
