I know nothing about Inez, for all I know her real name probably isn't even Inez at all...I betcha her name is Myrna Lipshitz......her idea of acrobatics is pretty lame, but hey, this was big-time entertainment 60 years ago!

  • Yawn!

  • Inez knew how to move ? Where is she now ?How old ?

  • Interesting. This kind of thing has been on video since the 1890s with the Fatima "hoochie coochie" dance (c. 1896) and "serpentine" dance from about the same time. The best know was the "Princess Raja" dance from c. 1902-1904. That one was pretty amazing - an attraction at a world's fair in St. Louis or somewhere.. She not only was a great dancer but could twirl around with a wooden chair clenched between her teeth. I have the video. Will post soon.

  • i hate to say it but i actually like the techno version of the Pink Panther theme.. :)
