Giving my new Phenom II X4 965 BE processor a workout.
I'm using the latest SVN from Dolphin to pull this off with a little tuning involved to make the system actually run halfway decent (i.e. the big thing I changed was CPU to EFB access; I turned it off so it doesn't hang perpetually). Unfortunately, the emulation lacks a decent audio playback. Even if I took a video, this is still pretty harsh of a playback.
Still, this is a lot better than my Phenom 9500. That was only able to run it at 30-50 FPS and many people can't find a processor that can handle the heat of this particular game due to its emulation nature. Many find slowness here. So it's nice to see that a 160 dollar processor can take to the task.
Also, 4 player Tetris Attack at 60FPS. Hells yea. Now if they could fix the audio...
Using:
Asus M3N78 PRO Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition @ 3.4GHz stock speed
4GB OCZ DDR2-800 RAM
Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX+ 1GB GDDR3
Windows 7 x64
@Kuzo53 You would think it simple, but the Gamecube emulation on it is fair at best. There are a lot of problems that haven't been addressed quite possibly out of interest.

I had no idea Panel de Pon was so difficult to run.
