  • Both the The Presidential Empowerment Act and the Patriot Act should never have been tolerated on a level of even realization. We as a people need to take these issues into our hands and make our voices heard.

  • Ms Pelosi, the constitution was written to protect this country against the tyranny of a president run amok! Bush/Cheney have overstepped their boundaries and openly spit on our constitution! It is not just fitting but NECESSARY TO IMPEACH in order to prevent a dangerous precedent for future presidents!!

WHY DID YOU CONDONE THE CRIMINAL ACTIONS OF THIS ADMIN BY NOT ALLOWING PROPER IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS TO GO FORWARD IN A TIMELY MANNER? The Dems have reneged on their promise to the people!

  • Fein, a Queif Olbermann stooge, was there for one reason--to sell books. When exactly did Congress turn into Oprah's book club for moonbats?

  • Why on earth did you post these videos, Madame Speaker? Are you for real this time, or is this merely another round of disingeneous political maneuvering to burn more time off the clock? I know how these men feel about impeachment, and you'd have to be deaf not to here the cries, of millions of Americans, for you to STAND UP and defend our constitution- whatever the cost, whatever the time left on the clock, against the Tyranny of Evil Men. Please, Madame Speaker, stand up now, please.

  • fein ! bravo !

  • Fein, Wow!

The power to declare war belongs to the Legislative branch. -Constitution.

Fein said the president sees "Any limitation on his power as unconstitutional"

The Constitution inherently delimits the power of all branches to ensure checks, balance, and oversight. The executive must accept limitations, or suffer the consequences.

    Demand accountability of the administration.

Impeachment is the Constitutionally mandated check on Executive power grabs.

Congress must now take the reigns.
