  • Dan, on the second pull, are you using the thumb of your left hand or just resting it for stability on the right? Thanks. Ed

  • Hi,I'm not using the left thumb at all on the second one, just resting it as you say.

  • The overhead shots are really demanding something like hawkwind or even better, motorhead.

Thanks for putting all your vids up. I learned to do the heel of the hand pull (or should it be push?) from you I think.

    Youtube potters rock!

  • Wahey !!

    Another British viewer.

I tried putting some videos to Black Sabbath but Youtubes new copyright thingy stops you adding any music of your choice.

I was going to going to put Paranoid onto throwing some Candlesticks.

    I don't think Ozzy would mind,do you ?

    LOL !!!

  • Just wondering - how do you center the clay after its been opened? I'm really bad at that, and I always seem to knock it off center when I get it to the cylinder, and I don't usually fix it right. Tips?

  • I am in ceramics class in school and I am having trouble lifting my pot and this helped a lot!! Thanks so much!

  • Dan - this is good - I would love to hear you describe it as you go though. Your accent is nice so don't worry about that.
