Original description from impreza25i07: here is a sound clip of my 2007 impreza 2.5i (rev'd only up to about 3500rpm & a cold started), the exhaust is made up of a can muffler, 2nd non-ecu-functional cat removed, and 2.5" piping from the 1st cat all the way back & no resinator.

naa, 2.5 is max for NA engines.
