WOW you all bring a new meaning to the word stupid. First off its a harness say it with me now harness not a leash, goggle it. Second off, it has nothing to do with parenting skills that's just the best excuse you close minded people can come up with...sad! it's about not restricting them in a stroller or having to hold them 24-7 & there is NO such thing has a 2yo obeying your every word. If a parent wants to take their child outside and let them walk/run/skip around let them who r u to judge.
One wonders if Sarah Mclaughlin had ever had to caregive to a child who impulsively
bolted from her hand grasp, to get lost in a large crowd, or run into fast moving traffic. As one who had been harnessed at 3, and as a parent whose youngest child as toddler and now Grandchild could only be controlled with the harness/leash, I have found that in our cases, the child will by 4 or 5 not want to be restricted this way and respont to the parents voice alone, if the leash is able to be detached.
omg what a crock of shit sorry but this is crap i have a child with ASD (autism spectrum disorder if you cant guess the abreviation)
he runs has been bowled over by a car and i use a harbess yes harness not leash so i have him with me at all times
for your sake i hope you go do some reading and hopfully this is a joke
