Does one Dental Specialist normally do the entire process ... start to finish? Or, are you supposed to go back to your regular Dentist for the Crowns?

@jafrapal It varies by dentist. Often, the implant is placed by an oral surgeon or periodontist and restored by a general dentist. However, about 10% of general dentists do place and restore implants.

@jctcdk good question, we hear lots of excitement for this procedure and testimonials from folk who had it recently, but---Is there more to the story? Such as repairs later or money spent on bone work, etc. etc. ???
