  • Jerry is not a professional. He's an artist. Thelonius Monk was very unprofessional.

  • u have your drums tuned ahead of time, u don't make the audience wait. unprofessional

  • @bevansuits "artists" have roadies that set up, tune and mic-check for you. this mf is no artist he a narcotics user

  • the dumbass puerto ricans in the audience paid alot to hear this shit and stoned jery can't have his shit together when coming onstage? if he's a Fng artist they have roadies that tune your shit and mic-check FOR YOU BEFOR a performance. so don't start with "he's an artist" you dumb fuks

  • @LatinSkinz you have to remember these are puerto ricans and they are dumbasses. they cannot think ahead

  • It should be a professional artist.

  • Mr Jerry Gonzales is more than a professional musician and artist! There's things to happen to the cueros when the climate changes and he explained. So come on! Guy don't be so hard on one of the greatest ambassador in the music business!

  • sometimes you have to retune your drums,as they go out during the set. Jerry is one of the few conga drummers who really takes a "jazz solo" that reflects the form of the song....so if you want to play with these guys, you have to know where the clave is, AND you have to know the song, and you have to know the other guys on stage.

    Love from all the drummers

  • @LatinSkinz He is JERRY GONZALEZ, he can do it........

  • It's kind of interesting for the audience to watch and catch at the same time, the process.

  • I met Jerry, Andy, Steve Berrios many years ago. And yes I agree! You have a performance. be ready to play. Don;t "F" around ...Does'n't look good. and does'nt sit well with they audience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
