Her album Shadowland has a lot more music like this...old timey but not quite country..."torch music." Her voice is perfectly suited to the genre. Beautiful stuff.

K.D. does an impeccable version on this song. A fitting tribute to the woman who has always really "owned" this song, Miss Peggy Lee. (K.D.'s favorite singer, and close friend) After Peggy's passing K.D. did a beautiful page long tribute to Peggy in Time magazine. It was the best of all the written tributes to Peggy.
