http://sogood.tv Heather Johnston, popular food and wine vlogger, demonstrates how to make two classic egg dishes suitable for lunch or dinner: a French ham omelet and a vegetable frittata (basically a crustless quiche).

She pairs these dishes with three delicious and affordable wines: a German red that can be chilled, Berger Blauer Zweigelt; a South African Chenin Blanc, and a Provencal Domaine Gaujalde St. Bon.

  • @2b3a ok idiot learn how to spell "wine" before you whine

  • @'BULLSHIT!' 1. Fritta/Fritto (fried in Spanish and Italian) is NOT the same thing as FRITTATA. 2. Frittata is a dish for leftovers that can be prepared many different ways, using many different ingredients. 3. A dish meant to get rid of leftovers, does not have a recipe written in stone. 4. Don't act like an expert when you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. 5. Don't act like an anal-retentive bitch over some damn eggs.

  • dear god.. she cant eat food without whine.. she taste the food.. the food is abd.. but the whine amkes up for it.. sad

  • You are a real classy lady!

  • I'm not sure wether you were taught to move the eggs around, but my grandma always told me to leave it so it doesn't crumble and then when it is cooked then, you put in the toppings you want and flip. So if you don't move the eggs around at the beggining, it will be much easier to fold it over.

Just some advice. :) Nice recipes though. gonna try them out :)

  • oh shut up, it is to

  • never put salt in eggs, it changes the texture of the finished product. If you do this, you can actually see the reaction occur. Instead, season before serving.

  • thank u...i luv ur skirt so much.
