1999 Jimmy alpine type R 12"

This is a demo of my 99 Jimmy playing Young Jeezy"s Hypnotize(for all the copyright nuts out there.....THIS IS NOT MY MUSIC, NOR DO I CLAIM IT AS MINE) and a bass test song on my 2 12 Alpine type R's

Subs: 2x SWR-1242D wired @ 2 ohms per sub
Doors: Hifonics Zeus ZXi-63 all around powered by the head unit.
Amp: 2 Sony XM-D9001GTR 900 watt amps.
Deck: Premier DEH-P600UB
Box: Vented box/32 hz per chamber
Wring: 2 runs of Power Acoustik 4 AWG

@bassinit91 they are loudest facing back but hit lower for some reason facing up. I now have 4 facing up....loud enough now.

@aclose78 lol yeah I got this Jimmy a lil over a year ago from a buick park avenue...soo happy about that upgrade... anyways, back to alpine. I was a Power Acoustik fan for the most part until I found me a JL 12W7(now my home theater sub) then fell into a pair of these R's. Best set I have ever had regarding to SQ and SPL. Oh and go figure... I bought a VR3 sub from wally world a while back and blew it for shits and grins. lol then returned it.

Yo, I got two Kicker CVR 12's and I got a neighbor offerin me two Type-R's from like five years ago.. for cash of course. but they have never been used with the amps and all... what you think sounds better two CVR 12's or two Type-R 12's? Cus man these sound nice... Ide be getting two Kenwood amps that will power them with 500 RMS at 4ohms...
