  • you're not supposed to eat it warm or cook it if you want the full effect of it...heat kills the enzymes in it

  • How much bee pollen should I take in each day. Im a bodybuilder and athletic so how much should I use to recive the benefits from it?

I am a 20 year old male about 5ft 8 and weigh 150, if that helps.

  • i eat i giant handfull every day with hemp oill in my yogurt with fruit and granola,, shitt i gotta say i eat like 10 + grams a dayy

  • i have it as it is, spoon it out of the bag, into the mouth and wash down with water.. Or i also make it into 000 size gelatin capsules for convenience.

btw, you need more than 500mg to get the full effects, i would hazard a guess that you got placeebo effect. Bee pollen is a food NOT i repeat NOT a drug. I can fit 1500 mg in one 000 size capsule, or if i have it right from the spoon, i get 2000 mg (2 grams). And i bet i have 4 -6 grams a day.

  • Thankyou I didnt know how to use it.
