Plot:
Derek and Casey have kept a secret relationship for awhile and have hidden it from their parents. However their parents find out about their relationship and are needless to say, furious. Derek and Casey are mocking them about how George and Nora claim that they have the perfect life ("another fabricated self portrait") when in reality they don't. Derek and Casey just want to be together and think their relationship is more powerful then their parents.
Midway through the video Casey is unsure about all of this due to the fact that their parents can't accept it. So she doubts it and tries to date someone else (sam) to try and get over it, but it doesn't work. Derek reassures her that everything is going to be okay and how they are meant for eachother.
Then at the end they stay together and fight back against the parents for their love.
