Creed. I just clicked it cause it says jesus loves you, and I would say I don't believe he exists and if he does it's just a possibility. To many people follow a religion because there parents drilled them into it from a young age. That's brainwashing, not faith. I chose not to go the same route as my family. I don't "know" anything. That's where most people go wrong. They think they know god does or doesn't exist. I'm always open to the possibilities of any religion or none being true.

You are wrong I'm afraid, yes sometime it is the case. But as we grow into teens and adults we can make our own decisions. And we choose Christ, not for our parents, but for ourselves. I have learned other religions and Christianity is the only one that makes sense. Now that I'm older I realized my parents were always right, and I figured that out by checking for myself.

Please reconsider your choice to go the other way, Friend.

I'm not saying I'm not open to believe it. I'm 100% open to any religion. But unless I find some facts that show me there is truth behind it, I can't just believe it.

I know far to many ignorant people who believe it because it was drilled into their heads from a young age. I'm willing to say I don't "know" anything. But have a lot of information on different things. Like the seemingly christian idea that bush and some other presidents were good guys.

Well as long as you're not counting it out, I see where you're coming from. It's tough, but I think as you learn more about other religions you will be drawn to one. Isn't it deppressing to think when you die you're dead? There are many facts I've been learing that I never knew about. There is so much out there, artifacts, scrolls, etc. it's out there. Just please don't let those ignorant people out there get in your way, there are far too many giving us a bad name. Focus on the Bible -

@mahaleyponder i cant help but notice that you kind of implied that you SHOULD believe in something even though there's no proof. well ive never seen 10000000000 dollars...but ive also never seen a unicorn gang banging a smiley rainbow either. does that mean i should believe in smiley rainbow gang banging unicorns? hmmm. having no proof is just more reason NOT to believe in it. so if i dont have proof it exits,its not an excuse, its actually almost common sense.

I guess it's possible that you can be completely ignorant about life and the world in general but still have found the truth about one thing based on nothing but faith. Things not relating to religion in anyway, that are true, and there are facts to back them up yet they are set into their fox news mindset. This goes the same for the other side and their cnn. But I also think you are a little bit right, a lot of people do just follow what their parents do.. If they're Catholic, then so will you be, if they're Baptist, then so are you..
