  • Unfortunatly this PUFAs udo does advice are not good! We,humans, are warm blooded,so we need fats that will not go rancid inside us.. The best fats are Saturated ones: butter, ghee, dripping, cacao butter, coconut oil, egg yolks, cream. If u wanna know more read the website of Ray Peat! All the best!!

  • @mokugin81 fats once inside can't go rancid.. they are processed by the body.. if they are rancid before one eats them that's another story.. most oils are well refrigerated in dark bottles if they are good.. and Udo's choice is both. The fats you list are all good too.. but vegetable oils are way good too. Don't be stuck on one side or the other (Please). All of you ! Take good care !

  • Thank you. ;-)

  • @Davidwhat cool. glad you found it

  • Id advice anyone who wants to know more about fats should watch The Oiling of America by Sally Fallon! Also read the book by Barry Groves: Trick and Treat.. he explains humans body fat is mainly mono and saturated fat and very small polyunsaturated!! Breat milk is mainly saturated fat!! Up to u what u wanna think!!

  • humans are warm blooded so we need fats that are stable at our body temperature.. fish for example are full of polyunsaturated fats because they swim in cold water.. if they had high saturated fats they'd be in trouble! the fats i did mention do contain very small ammount of pufas.. thats all we need!

  • @silentintroduction you got it ! glad you got to hear..

aloha (literally alo' exchange ha' life energy)
