I just finished reading 'Zebra' and I take back what I assumed about CIA involvement. What a bunch of evil monsters! It's clear that the NOI were allowing the murders to be carried out or even directing the Death Angels from Chicago officials. Louis Farrakhan and the NOI should be investigated for mass murder.

The Death Angels were part of the San Francisco Nation of Islam also known as Black Muslums. They terrorized and killed innocent whites just because they were white. It was both a race war and a religious war. Sadly, the Black Police Officers League and leaders of the black community actively and subversely hindered the efforts of the San Francisco Police Department to solve the serial killings.

The Zebra Killings were a CIA-run mind control operation. The killers were programmed, hence the hypnotic trance that witnesses attested. The sinister Van Dyke was probably their CIA handler. This is nothing unique or crazy. The CIA had been conducting mind control experimentation on US citizens of all walks of life in MK-Ultra to create zombie killers. Black prisoners were subjected to drug tests at Vacaville Prison in California. Leader of the SLA, Donald DeFreeze had been one of the tested.

The murder of Nelson Shields IV began the private campaign for gun control in the USA by his father who founded the National Council to Control Handguns, "to assuage his grief". That became Handgun Control, then the Brady Campaign. The one issue not addressed in these and other murders is the mental illness of the shooters. From John Wilkes Booth to Jared Lee Loughner, Rep. "Gabby" Giffords shooter, they all have one thing in common; untreated mental disease. It's time to build mental hospitals.
