HELP!!! There's a dog on my back! NOT! It's just me playing with the Good Boy Blue, doing some variations on a trick called a crabwalk backstall.

Great dog. Great trick. What else can your dog do? I'm trying to teach my dog stuff too but it's not the easiest thing to do. She's smart, but still difficult.

@jumpflyz ... with a young dog or a really energetic one, I would do the "come here" game. Two people with treats stand about 25 yards apart, they take turns calling the dog and giving the dog a treat when the dog comes. DOGS LOVE THIS GAME and it reinforces their recall. Be sure to use consistent commands like "come" or "come here" or their name. I use food in training a lot. Teach the basis (sit, stay, roll over) and teach both a verbal and hand signal for each trick. Is that enough? Ha
