High turn out is going to help Republicans in the House? Go back to school girl, high turn out favors the Democrats, the Republicans have always favored low turnout because they couldn't get a minority to vote for them if they tried. All their anti immigrant rhetoric has killed the Hispanic vote, and the Black vote has had them figured already.

If the Republicans want to take Obama on over a tax cut for the poor, they are truly out of their minds, and that is exactly how this will be painted.
