I owned blue spotted stingrays for years and I can tell ya it looks to be a bit small. Having that being said it also needs more sand to swim in, you should clump the liverocks together instead of really spread out. You can still have pillars and tunnels just do it more compressed lol. Having said that it could be much worse. I honestly think you need a bigger tank very soon, but they look healthy all things considered.
That tank is not too small it is perfect I can tell just by eye it's big enough but exactly how many gallons is it btw u have my exact dream tank fish decor and all damn I watched this bid like 40 times please update soon!
Was that a lionfish in the aquarium?

Keep an eye on that trigger, it'll eat the eyes off your ray and shark. Tank is too small and you need more open sand bed.
