RCTV'S VIDEO: A Heart Cries Out for Freedom in Venezuela

In Spanish with English subtitles.

Excitment and optimism were the feelings that RCTV worker's experienced while they watched the video "A Heart Cries Out" ("Un corazón que grita" in Spanish), broadcasted at noon on Wednesday March 21, 2007 in the lobby of the TV channel.

This 3 minute and a half long touching video intends to present a brief historic ride of what this TV channel has broadcasted during Fifty Three years of history.

"A Heart that Cries Out" ("Un corazón que grita" in Spanish) perfectly defines what RCTV Workers are: A great family devoted to making television, enjoying it to the fullest, and sharing the highest citizen's values.

A work done with the heart, which shows that RCTV is here and will continue to stay here because there is no doubt that "we have what it takes".

And in ORVEX we believe that when the Lieutenant Colonel Dictator messes around with RCTV, he is messing around with Venezuela, because RCTV is part of it.

This video inspires us not to be indiferent before the dictator moves, because it reminds us that still "we have what it takes".

ORVEX shows its solidarity with RCTV, and from the exile we tell them: "We are with you, because you are also Venezuela".

And as a proof of that, from the exile ORVEX has applied Article 350 of the Venezuelan Constitution, which allows the non violent struggle, as we anounced to the World on Wednesday February 21, 2007, that we do not recognize any Venezuelan authority, neither in Venezuela nor abroad, because they are not legitimate as they have kept themselves in power through a continuous electoral fraud; and in fact, we have proof of such a fraud.

With our example, ORVEX is telling Venezuela and the World: We have what it takes to get rid of the tyrant.
