I enjoy watching all of the Bushcraftonfire videos and think that cooking with Tam should be on food network a pleasure to watch and looks delicious.
Tam what kind of dock do you use? I was told that dock leaves although edible are not good eats because of the taste.

We use a lot of Curly Dock.. as well as some others locally. I'm not sure who told you that Dock wasn't good to eat.. It's incredible Bro.. My absolute favorite green!

I trust my wife's skills implicitly. We study together.. and she definitely knows what she's doing. If she has a question about anything she brings the whole plant in and we ID it together. I'm safe :)

MrC...
We use 1 pound coffee cans to cook in while in the bush (and sometimes here). We have also used vege cans as long as they don't have a plastic liner in them. We tend to stay away from aluminum to cook in.
Hope that helps my friend :)
