Is it true the film ends right after the riot? And just makes a brief mention of what comes after? If so, it glosses over the best part of the story: "Living well is the best revenge."
"The Damned United," with Michael Sheen as the English soccer manager Brian Clough, makes the same mistake, glossing over his great successes after his grand failure.

@omegaultima990 Maurice: 1942 to 1960. Henri, 16 years younger: 1955 to 1975. Together just 5 years... won the Cup all 5 years.

@shattertheearth Do you even know anything about him? I know he hit Laycoe in the head with his stick but after that, he got in a massive fight. And I actually hate canadiens as well. Theyre rascist, cocky and full of themselves but I think Mauricce Richard is the first canadien person i know that I totally respect. If you read his bio, you'll read he's anything but typical
