Let's face it! the i products are not for everyone! This get on the band wagon because it is a i product really irks me. IPhones have issues just like Blackberries and other smart phones. Older people want plug and play and that is not an i product. in which you need a good month to get used to it. For many young people, they don't have lots of time to get updated. Therefore, a Nokia or Siemans product would be better. Whoopi grip is legitimate. The iPhone is really bad for some people.

I think a lot of their complaints are just generational gripes. I'm saying that as a nearly forty year old women who couldn't text until they came out with phones with qwerty key pads. Its funny really.
