If you find yourself with energy and time remaining after the complexes, perform one set of the following for as many reps as possible:
Squat placing hands on the dumbbells, kick feet back into push-up position, push-up, row one dumbbell, another push-up, row the second dumbbell, snap feet back up to squat position, clean dumbbells, press. Repeat.
