To be fair, you're using the numbers for a whole muffaletta. Have you ever seen a muffaletta? The average person orders a quarter of a muffaletta. I'm not going to say that the sodium content for a quarter muffaletta is exactly a shining example of low sodium, but your use of numbers for the whole sandwich is disingenuous.

if you reduced sodium in your food by 20%, I can't imagine how much sodium the ham muffalata had before (7259mg of sodium)!
