  • do you like this lens?

  • yea lol

  • do you think it's better than the tokina 11-16mm? or should i get this instead?

  • the tokina is much more limitired in range but if i cld go back i wld probably buy that instead due to its speed

  • Hi. Have you used this in a studio for portrait work or in churches etc?. Thanks

  • not too well for portraits since it has so much distortion, but i can imagine it cld work very well in a church. even tho its not a 2.8 lens its wide enough to were you only need around a 1/15 shutter speed in poor light

  • @justsomekid2 I would add that the Tokina doesn't accept any filters which is really annoying or problematic. Tokina is full f4.0 but 4.0 is still quite slow.

  • sigma lenses are crap, i've lost lots of good material because of them. They aren't any sharp at all. SIGMA lenses 0000000000000 zero, nada, shit!!

  • HI Roy from Ireland, Great video. I am looking for some advice. I am slowly (when i have the money) putting together a selection of good lens for my Canon 7D. I have the Sigma you showcased as well as a Tamron 70-200mm 1:2.8. What lens would you recommend to compliment the above mentioned lenses, I could use for city breaks (e.g. shooting people, moving cars, some nice buildings, that sort of thing). A small aperature number at about 20/25 metres range, or so. Ask me any question to clarify.

  • maybe you should train putting the lens on and off the camera :p ...thats not good for both of them.

  • @vepino13 tokina is 2.8 sigma is 4

  • How much did you pay for this? It costs $470 at the moment but I read that when it was first released it was $430 MSRP!!

  • i have it - i love it - 3 years now - camera bodies come and go but glass stays with you ,ill always love this lens

  • this lens or nikon 10-24mm? which would you prefer??

  • super articulation on this review.

  • Does it come with lens cover if it does then i will get it instead of the canon 10-22
